By accessing or using First Down Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
First Down Studio provides sports games, simulations, rankings, projections, fantasy tools, and related content for entertainment and informational purposes. Game outcomes, grades, rankings, and projections may be generated using formulas and third-party data. They may change over time and are not guarantees or predictions of actual player, team, or event performance.
First Down Studio does not accept bets or stakes, offer real-money gaming, or give game scores, badges, rankings, or other results monetary value. The Service is not a sportsbook, gambling service, paid daily fantasy contest, or financial product and should not be relied upon when placing wagers or making financial decisions.
We may update the Service, including its features, datasets, scoring systems, and game mechanics, as we continue to improve it.
2. Accounts
You may create an account to save your progress and stats. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your account information current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or compromise its security;
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots without our written permission;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Content, Intellectual Property, and Independence
First Down Studio owns its original software, design, writing, graphics, logos, and branding. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our original content without permission.
First Down Studio is an independent sports media and game project. Unless expressly stated, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any league, team, club, player, players' association, governing body, sportsbook, game publisher, or data provider.
Player and team names, statistics, schedules, and similar factual information are used for informational, descriptive, and editorial purposes. Third-party trademarks, logos, images, likenesses, data, and other rights remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
5. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (such as feedback, comments, or game entries), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service integrates with third-party services and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
